Kenya Matsumoto is the Owner & CEO of Frontive Group. He is also the owner of MFIC (Family Office).
Previously was a Senior Partner at Vitol Group. Started his career at Sumitomo corporation in Japan and held several senior trading manager roles at BP prior to moving to Vitol.

Gaku is the CFO & CEO of Frontive Group, a Chartered Certified Accountant, institute of Certified Bookkeepers and previous Director of a major Japanese bank.

Junji is the Chief Strategy Officer, leading the group’s business growth through a strategic approach. Leveraging his background in consulting and investment at a government-affiliated financial institution, he drives the group’s overall direction from a cross-organizational perspective. He holds an MBA from the University of Manchester.

Hideyuki is the Chief Investment Officer, overseeing the Group’s overall investment strategy as well as post-investment turnaround and business management. He previously worked for a general trading company, leading overseas business turnarounds in South Africa and Malaysia, and later for one of Japan’s largest venture capital firms at its London office, investing in startups across Europe and the Middle East. He holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge.

Yota is responsible for bookkeeping, accounting operations, and financial close across the group companies, supporting the foundation of business development through data-driven and financially sound practices. Drawing on his experience in consolidated financial reporting at a major Japanese construction company, as well as his qualifications as a Certified Public Accountant, he is committed to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and robustness of accounting and finance functions across the entire group.

Hiroko is responsible for retail operations and business analysis, playing a key role in supporting the group’s growth and efficient operations. Leveraging her experience in the hospitality industry, she contributes across a wide range of areas, from store management to data-driven decision-making.

Yuko leads business development across the group, taking a cross-functional view of each company’s business characteristics, with branding and marketing as core drivers. Drawing on her experience in Hong Kong and London, she has supported projects across the retail, IT, hospitality, and real estate sectors, contributing to consistent, long-term value creation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Central Saint Martins, UK.

Rahul is the CIO & CFO for Frontive Services, previously an Analyst at Probus Group in Dubai. He holds an MSc in Finance from London School of Economics and a BA in Economics from Durham University.

Oliver is an Investment Manager for Frontive Services, previously having worked in consulting at Deloitte. He holds a BA in Economics and Management from Oxford University.

Lewis is an Investment Analyst for Frontive Holding Services, previously having worked at HSBC and Cantab Asset Management. He holds a BA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.

Takuo is the CEO of Frontive Japan and also serves as the CEO of Toledo, a group company of Frontive Holding. Previously General Manager of Sales & Marketing at BP.

Koji serves as CFO and COO of Frontive Japan, and as CFO of its group company Toledo. He previously held roles in a Senior Manager in the corporate planning division of a major Japanese construction company after primarily working in the finance division.

Hiroji serves as an Independent Director at Frontive Japan, COO of its group company, Toledo, and CEO of ARC.
He previously held roles in petroleum-related business at Sumitomo Corporation.
