Kenya Matsumoto is the Owner & CEO of Frontive Group. He is also the owner of MFIC (Family Office).
Previously was a Senior Partner at Vitol Group. Started his career at Sumitomo corporation in Japan and held several senior trading manager roles at BP prior to moving to Vitol.

Gaku is the CFO for the Group and COO of Frontive Holding, a Qualified Accountant, Certified Bookkeeper and previous Director of a major Japanese bank.

Masafumi is Partner of Frontive Holding and has founded and managed businesses in Japan and the UK for the past 15 years.

Junji is the Head of Investment & Project, leading the group's business with experience at a government-affiliated financial institution and an MBA from the University of Manchester.

Hiroko is responsible for retail operations and business analysis, playing a key role in supporting the group’s growth and efficient operations. Leveraging her experience in the hospitality industry, she contributes across a wide range of areas, from store management to data-driven decision-making.

Rahul is the CIO for Frontive Services, previously an Analyst at Probus Group in Dubai. He holds an MSc in Finance from London School of Economics and a BA in Economics from Durham University.

Joshua is an Investment Associate for Frontive Services with a First Class degree in Engineering from Durham University.

Oliver is an Investment Manager for Frontive Services, previously having worked in consulting at Deloitte. He holds a BA in Economics and Management from Oxford University.

Imran is a Partner at Frontive Holding Services. He has previously held numerous senior positions in the financial services industry.

Takuo is the CEO of Frontive Japan, previously General Manager of Sales & Marketing at BP.
